At Moduloware, we strive to provide high-quality Wedding Menu Design templates. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Digital downloads and templates cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased.
Refunds will not be issued for change of mind or incorrect purchases.
Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
If the purchased file is corrupt or inaccessible (and we are unable to resolve the issue).
If the wrong template was delivered, and we are unable to provide the correct file.
To request a refund under the exceptions above, contact us at support@moduloware.com within 7 days of purchase. Please provide your order details and a description of the issue.
If you have concerns about your purchase, please contact us first before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in a ban from future purchases.
